Estofado de pollo con arrozººººº Chicken stew with rice
Hola a todos, como todo domingo siempre esperan el asado, pero a veces cambiar el habito de almorzar algo diferente es bueno, teniendo en cuenta que los asados, lo digo por la carne roja una o dos veces por semana hace bien, pero como dije cambiar ese habito y degustar un exquisito estofado de pollo con arroz, la verdad vale la pena y ademas es carne blanca, pero lo mas importante de esto es que dicha comida se prepara mucho mas rapido.
Para comenzar con esta comida, como es mi costumbre lo priemro es tener totodo lo que voy a utiliar, como se ve en la fotografia se trata en esta ocacion de ls verduras, siendo estas zanahoria, batata, cebolla, papa , ajo y locote o morron.
Despues el pollo bueno el mismo se trata de pata y muslo, el cual una ves bien lavado ya lo tengo listo para cocinarlo, pero a mi me agrada el paso a paso jajaja.
Referente a eso, coloco la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agrego un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla, el ajo, zanahoria, locote o morron, sal a gusto y condimentos como la pimienta y el aji molido.
Cuando tengo toda esta verdura cocinada, le agrego cebolla de verdeo y luego voy agregando el pollo, para que se vaya cocinando despacio asi sale mas sabroso.
El detalle amigos es que me agrada cuando agrego el pollo ara cocinar en la olla, lo hago acomodando todo de tal manera de que entre todo, porque como bien saben los domingo los comensales son muchos mas.
Una ves que agregue todo el pollo lo revolvi un poco y le agregue un poco de agua caliente y deje que se cocinara tapando la olla.
Luego de notar que el pollo ya estaba casi cocinado, tome el tomate lo corte en juliana bien finas para luego al agregar en la olla lo mescle todo.
De esa manera una ves bien mesclado el tomate con el resto de la comida, voli a tapar la olla para que se termine de cocinar todo muy bien.
Para eso ya en otra olla colocada en la cocina, le agregue agua caliente, para cocinar en la misma el arroz, asi que una ves que el arrozo se cocine ya esta todo listo para degustar.
Como les comente al comenzar el post, amigos referente a degustar un domingo una comida diferente al asado, lesw digo que este sabroso estofado con arroz salio excelente porque la verdad no quedo nada.

Hello everyone, as every Sunday always expect the roast, but sometimes change the habit of having something different for lunch is good, considering that the roasts, I say that for red meat once or twice a week is good, but as I said change that habit and taste a delicious chicken stew with rice, the truth is worth it and it is also white meat, but the most important thing is that this food is prepared much faster.
To start with this meal, as is my custom the first thing is to have everything I am going to use, as you can see in the picture is the vegetables, these are carrots, sweet potato, onion, potato, garlic and locote or morron.
Then the chicken, well the same is the leg and thigh, which once well washed I have it ready to cook, but I like the step by step hahaha.
Referring to that, I put the pot on the stove, add a little oil, then the onion, garlic, carrot, locote or morron, salt to taste and seasonings such as pepper and ground chili.
When I have all these vegetables cooked, I add green onions and then I add the chicken, so that it cooks slowly, so it comes out tastier.
The detail friends is that I like when I add the chicken to cook in the pot, I do it by arranging everything in such a way that everything fits, because as you well know on Sundays there are many more diners.
Once I added all the chicken I stirred it a little and added some hot water and let it cook covering the pot.
After noticing that the chicken was almost cooked, I took the tomato and cut it into thin julienne strips and then I added it to the pot and mixed it all together.
That way, once the tomato is well mixed with the rest of the food, I put the lid back on the pot so that everything finishes cooking very well.
For that already in another pot placed in the kitchen, I added hot water, to cook the rice in the same, so once the rice is cooked and everything is ready to taste.
As I told you at the beginning of the post, friends about enjoying a Sunday meal different from the asado, I can tell you that this tasty stew with rice turned out excellent because the truth is that there was nothing left.
