Compartiendo el almuerzo con un amigo y mi esposaºººººSharing lunch with a friend and my wife

Hola a todos, que bello es cuando tenemos la visita de un amigo, el cual hace mucho tiempo que no nos vehiamos, tampoco compartiamos, es asi que en su llegada a mis casa, prepare para el almuerzo un pollo al horno, con arroz, ensalada y pan de ajo, por supuesto degustando todo esto, lo mejor para acompañarlo es con un buen vino tinto jajaja.

Para cocinar dicho pollo lo condimente muy bien, luego lo agregue en una fuente y al horno de la cocina, a fuego medio la verdad salio bien jugoso y cocinado, una ves cocinado lo trose todo quedando como se ve en la fotografia.

El arroz es facil de cocinarlo, agregamos agua en una olla, la llevamos a la hornalla de la cocina dejamos que hierva, luego agregamos dicho arroz, cuando esta cocinado lo colamos y listo para degustarlos.

Tambien para acompañar dicho pollo una ensalada de papa, huevo, cebolla y mayones, tambien tomates cortados en julianas condimentado con sal a gusto y una pisca de pimienta.

Bueno amigos referente al pan de ajo el mismo lo compre en un supermercado, el mismo en su interior contiene como una salsa de ajo, que al cocinarlo sale un poco por los costados.

Como les comente amigos para acompañar este sabrowso almuerzo con la visita de una amigo, que mejor que hacerlo con un vino tinto.

Hello everyone, how nice it is when we have the visit of a friend, which has been a long time since we saw each other, we did not share, so on his arrival at my house, I prepared for lunch a baked chicken, with rice, salad and garlic bread, of course tasting all this, the best thing to accompany it is with a good red wine hahaha.

To cook this chicken I seasoned it very well, then I added it in a dish and put it in the oven of the kitchen, at medium heat, it was really juicy and cooked, once it was cooked I cooked it and it was as you can see in the picture.

The rice is easy to cook, we add water in a pot, we take it to the stove and let it boil, then we add the rice, when it is cooked we strain it and ready to taste it.

Also to accompany this chicken a salad of potato, egg, onion and mayonnaise, also tomatoes cut into julienne strips seasoned with salt to taste and a pinch of pepper.

Well friends regarding the garlic bread I bought it in a supermarket, the same inside contains like a garlic sauce, which when cooked comes out a little on the sides.

As I said friends to accompany this tasty lunch with the visit of a friend, what better than to do it with a red wine.
