We are approaching the close of phase 2 of the project, which means we will be a step closer to completing the whole project soon with the last phase. The 23rd Hive Borehole Project is coming along very nicely, and we are now in a very crucial stage we are building the structures to support the water system effectively and ensure the usability and safety of the water for peoples' use.

Phase 2 has mostly concentrated on construction. Two main constructional work is ongoing: A supporting wall to support the taps, and a tall tower to house the water tank. Right now, all of these have been done and with the concrete undergoing a curing process, which is a very important step. This step require sometime, but it is needed in hardening the concrete to ensure that it will hold the tank in place, solid and strong.

The more strength the concrete has, the longer it would last to support the water the system to continue serving the community for many years without issues. After these works are done, the next work to be done will be the pipe connections. The pipes will connect to the borehole, the water storage tank, and the taps. This will be meticulously done to ensure that water can flow through easily and be accessed easily.

After this step, the community, will have clean water access simply and without any hassle. We are working on finishing the last bits of work such as tiling, and finalizing work around the taps and tower plus electrical work. Upon completing this stage, we will enter the final phase of the project. The Phase 3 is the official launch of the borehole and allowing the public to access the water.

The launch will be a special and great occasion, as it will not only complete the project but also allow us to again share more about the power (Hive) behind the making of these life changing boreholes, about its impacts and more. We are aiming to have the official launch hopefully by next week. We have made some amazing progress, which would not have been possible without support from everyone.

Each and every effort has cumulated and gotten us one step closer to safe drinking water for the people of Wurapong. We are confident that the borehole will be impactful, giving people life, improved health, and a better quality of life. I want to give a heartfelt thank all for standing by us throughout the whole journey. Your belief and support makes all the difference, and together we are making real change in the real world.
