Significant progress has been made since the inception of the borehole project in Chanshegu. We are currently in the second phase, where a series of construction works are taking place. These include the construction of the tap wall and the water tank tower, both of which have been successfully built and are currently undergoing a curing process.

The masons have effectively completed the wall construction, and now attention has shifted to the tower. In our previous update, we mentioned the careful erection of the pillar due to the substantial weight of the water tank.

The remaining task involves decking the tower, which the carpenter has prepared by working on the wooden structure. Starting tomorrow, we will commence the process of covering the decking with concrete. Afterward, it will be left to undergo a curing process that typically takes several days for it to harden.

Considering the high temperature in the North, we anticipate that it will cure soon. While allowing sufficient time for the structure to harden and proceeding with plumbing and tiling works, we are also making necessary preparations for the project's launch next week. We are delighted to witness the remarkable amount of work accomplished thus far and to observe steady progress in all phases of the project.

Final Phase
The final phase, which involves publicizing the event, will serve as the culmination of our efforts and is expected to take place next week. This phase aims to shed light on the positive impacts of Hive in Ghana by sharing the inspiring story with a wide audience both within Ghana and beyond. Just as we have done with previous project launches, we have devised plans to leverage both online and offline channels to promote Hive and increase its visibility.

During this event, the Chanshegu community will gather at the project site, providing us with an ideal opportunity to educate them about Hive. While engaging with the community, we will also seek media coverage to share the transformative impacts of Hive with a larger audience. We are committed to keeping the Hive community informed about any developments that arise during the execution of our work until the project is made available for community use.

The progress we have achieved thus far in the project is a testament to our tireless efforts and the exceptional work of our dedicated supervisors(@samed10 and @depressedfuckup ) in the North. The journey with Hive has been transformative, and we eagerly anticipate witnessing the positive impact it will have on the lives of the people in Chanshegu town next week. We express heartfelt gratitude to the Hive community for their unwavering support towards these life-changing projects.
