That is one of the activities I miss most from my time in military. Training others. It others. It was so cool to watch the lights come on when someone learned something new. When they would "get it". After the service, I never got much opportunity to teach as many people I managed were senior engineers and techs. That is why I am so looking forward to getting my coaching business off the ground. Good on you for being such a good teacher and coach.

Yeah teaching people things is great! I've thankfully been in industries where I am frequently helping someone train, learn and ramp up to do things so I get a great amount of satisfaction from that!
I know for sure why you're excited for that stuff man, it's a lot of fun to be in that realm! It's certainly a lot of work but the right combination of work and fun is very rewarding!
