Recently, I had the opportunity to produce five lots of coffee, alongside two additional lots from another planter from Sakleshpur. Among these, one of my coffees, known as “KOJI’S” was a Koji infused fermented coffee cherries. 🍒
Its aroma was unparalleled, and the taste was truly an exceptional one. The best coffees we have worked on this year. The aroma was remarkably complex, featuring fruity notes such as pear.🍐 The taste profile included pear, lemon, muskmelon and peach. Despite its complexity, every one of my customers loved the aroma, which enhanced their overall experience and complemented the exquisite taste.
I was equally thrilled with such a special offering from our coffee estate. I definitely have plans to continue experimenting with similar fermentation is for the next year. ☕️✨
So.. even tho the taste was so GOOD, I’d say the aroma was the cherry on top 😉
Ps. So did the customers. Haha
I feel envy I am not your customer, heh. Have a nice day. 🙏
Haha if you ever come to India would love to show you around the farm 🍒🏝️
Wow, very impressive. Can I have a cup of coffee from you, please 😊.
Hey there 👋 Thank you! Where are you from? May one we could send some across 😉
Haha wow, I love to taste it. I'm from the Philippines 😊
Wow, you must have a lot of experience with coffee...it must be incredible to be able to have that whole process close to you, know it and make innovations. I have never had a coffee that has fruits...it must be an incredible experience.
We have a Chikoo ferments coffee last year. Infused with sapoyas grown by my grandmother. 👵🏼 but the fruits are just flavours that's the outcome of fermentation of the coffee cherries.
How fantastic. Family history. That whole process seems very ecological to me, starting from the people who get involved in the process.
I am so envious that you grow your own coffee and it is actually Specialty coffee. Fermented one is really my favorite, because the fermentation gives the bean really exquisite aroma and taste. It can bring you in another worlds and reveal you a lot of beautiful feelings!
Oh yes! I'm so thrilled my family got into this ages ago. I don't think I could do this today that easily. Considering the cost of everything rising up. 😂 Where are you from? What's your favourite coffee? Did you get it from a said roaster or cafe ☕️
I’m from Bulgaria. I buy always different coffee roasted from all around the world. This morning I opened a bag of beans that was produced in Costa Rica and roasted in South Korea. I really love Natural and fermented Anaerobic/Aerobic/Thermal coffee varieties.
Definitely Fruit flavor coffees are my absolute favorite… I don’t loke more typical chocolate or toffee like coffee. Also, the coffee I buy has to be Light or Medium-Ligjt roasted!
That’s fantastic. I have made a frozen cherry patch this year, which was a natural anaerobic fermented coffee.😬😲
Sounds fantastic!
It’s gonna be great if I have the chance to try a coffee from your family farm one day!
Definitely will do this soon! May be next year I can plan a lot of coffee just for the hive peeps 😌☕️
What a wonderful experience, how much I wish I could be closer to you to share it, what a delight!!!! Congratulations, I hope you can keep working, exploring and keep producing much more. Success!🙏
Thank you so much! I indeed intend to explore to my maximum potential. 😬☕️
Wow, the aroma you describe is simply wonderful, I would have really liked to be able to enjoy that olfactory pleasure.
I leave you a cup of coffee for this sunday.☕

Hey! Thank you for the cup of coffee. I had a great Sunday. 😬✨
It is fascinating, all this experience that you tell us, as a lover of good coffee, I would like to live your experience, and to create in the future a coffee with personal brand, to be taken by myself and no one else, I want to create the perfect combination for it, although it calls my attention of fermented coffee, here in Venezuela, I have not had the joy of trying it, but hope is the last thing to give up, so I still have a chance 😁.
Oh I hope you do get a chance to explore coffee much more thoroughly than you already have. If not at least you should giving a few coffee farms. That would give you ample opportunity to enjoy and explore. ☕️✨
Thanks for the suggestion, I will try to do it, when I have the opportunity, from Venezuela, big hugs for you 🥰🤗
Our nose knows 😁
Definitely, smell is a portentous sense. Aromas can take us directly to a memory we had long forgotten. I want to remember the taste and aroma of coffee forever. I'd definitely love the aroma of this coffee you describe; I love fruity notesin my coffee; they are my favorite ❤️
