After a first and a second post on the photographic treasure hunt of the fountains of the Contrade of Siena, we come to the last part of my family urban trekking experiment

Finally, the last fountains belonging to the last third of the city
Terzo di Camollia
This group includes the following contrade: Bruco, Drago, Giraffa, Istrice, Lupa and Oca. The peculiarity of the Oca fountain is clear as soon as you see it; it is a classic medieval fountain with three basins, which was used for washing, drinking and watering animals.

In questo gruppo ci sono le seguenti contrade: Bruco, Drago, Giraffa, Istrice, Lupa e Oca. La particolarità della fontanina dell'Oca appare chiara appena la si incontra; è la classica fonte a 3 vasche medievale, che veniva utilizzata per lavare, bere e abbeverare gli animali.
