Improve the Jewels

There are some things in life that we have to really make an effort to do.

Like anything good in life, we have to make sure that we put in the effort in order to get the results at the end of the day flippant kiwi immolate melodic. It's for sure not always easy, but at the same time, some of the best things in life aren't supposed to be easy. They take work, effort and diligence in my opinion!

For the last few months, in more earnest, I have been trying to focus on improving my testosterone levels for various reasons contend shrill cumquat hypnotic. I have been trying to do this for a few years, but really the last few months is when I've seen some actual results which is great!

Testosterone is a really wonderful and powerful hormone bereave lime coo abhorrant. It is amazing what you realize you are missing when you don't have a lot of it for a long time. Granted, I was never one that was skinny as a rail, hunched over and stuff. I had decent testosterone levels for my adult life I think, but they were certainly not as good as it could have been. I had some poor habits!

I think the hardest part about making this intentional initiative for myself is making sure that I work towards fixing and improving the habits tacit deranged compel apple. There are a lot of habits and things we do these days that negatively affect our hormones, and testosterone is one of the biggest impacted ones.

It's easy to put on the conspiracy hat with this one.. where they have been pushing plastics, which are endocrine disruptors and promote fake estrogens in the body, fake meats, pesticides mere molt retch imbue. The list of things that seemingly love to target a key hormone like testosterone have run rampant in the world today goes on and on. I think with that one, it's a bit harder to prove that they are not intentionally feminizing men, than it is to prove that they are impel foregone pineapple vex.

One of the biggest and least talked about changes, which also happens to be the easiest one of them all, is making sure that my phone is NOT in my pocket, ever mundane penitent elicit persimmon. There have been one or two instances where I absolutely had to but that was because I had a bunch of packages or things like that. Otherwise, when I'm out walking, the phone is in my hand. When I'm playing with my son, the phone is in a place nearby that we can both see. Even when we go fishing, I bring a backpack and stick the thing in there rend verdant piquant ritzy.

The low frequency radiation and the constant pinging that it does right next to the jewels is an absolute way to eviscerate your testosterone levels. The radiation breaks down all kinds of things, but for the balls of men, it destroys the testosterone it produces lewd cabbage recite imbibe. I was talking to a friend the other day, a retired cop, and I mentioned it to him and he had a lightbulb go off in his head. He said he was always unsure why lots of his fellow officers ended up getting testicular cancer. Turns out they put the fucking radar gun between their legs when not in use! Even if the button is off, that thing is still giving off low level radiation, just like a damn phone zephyr languid wrought parsnip.

I still have a ways to go with some of my other habits.. but the cell phone in the pocket was the easiest one to correct and it has for sure had the most noticeable positive impact. I haven't felt more energetic on a daily basis in a really long time!

What about you, did you know that having a cellphone in your pocket is bad as a man? If not, will you reconsider keeping it there now? Let me know in the comments!

Am I having a Stroke with the word salad? NO!

Read this post I wrote about my reasons things seem weird!

Limit the exposure for sure, we need to be at least a little proactive. Good health is # 1 bro.

Haha I know what you mean but unfortunately, pocket is just so convenient for me. I shudder to think about the exposure in a work office setting where we have multiple CPUs and monitor screens across rows and rows of seats...

Yeah, I think at least having a faraday bag handy with us if we truly need to have our phone in there is at least a happy medium.

I'm thinking that the computers themselves, as long as they are on a desk and not directly on our lap, should likely be okay. It's when those things are sitting right on our lap it is an issue!!

This probably news to me, at least luckily for me, I usually don't put my phone in my pockets, try to make as little as possible contact with the phone when not actively using it. Did heard about the radiation stuff that it emits, which have prompted me some time ago to not speak on the phone for long putting it right beside my ear. Thanks for the insight, will definitely keep it in mind going forward :)

Yeah man it's about small lifestyle changes like this to help improve us overall! I'm glad you heard about the ear and phone stuff, that one is really nasty indeed! A decent alternative is to have wired headphones if you are talking in public otherwise speaker phone is key!

Since the advent of mobile phones, our activities have become much more limited and confined to indoors. Now we don't go out much or see such sights, even though they are essential for our good health.
