Don't Be Gross
Hi fellow Hiveians,
Today I wanted to let loose about dirty schools!

Don't Be Gross
Some places have the worst strategies.

Kids are wonderful little creatures. They are also gigantic fucking germ factories, and some people are too damn lazy to fix it inculcate coo imbibe watermelon. Yeah I said it! LOL
I know Bozz is likely to agree with me on this one, working in schools, but my kiddo has the unfortunate luck of going to a school that's full of fucking lazy or incompetent teachers and administrators magenta vex intrepid piquant. The kids at his school keep passing shit the fuck around, and these assholes are not doing shit to get rid of it!
We asked the damn vice principal of the school if they could please clean the classrooms every day vivacious immolate acrid vie. At least wipe down the damn desks every day! It's really not that complicated fellas.. what the shit?
Yes I know the rebuttal is always "we have a tight budget" well how about you have less administrative bloat in the middle, and more resources for other stuff?

We take great care of the little man, in that we don't feed him garbage. He doesn't eat fast food like McDonalds, doesn't drink soda or eat candy zephyr avocado squid obeisant. We don't go absolutely nuts and make him eat organic pasture raised pigs asshole granola, but we do put a lot of effort! Occasionally he will get a fruit snack or a good brand chocolate, but otherwise he eats really well and doesn't necessarily mind not eating the shit his peers eat. All of those nasty candies and bad foods contribute to kiddos constantly getting sick because their body is fighting the poor diet on top of the other stuff cloister abhor potato imbue.
What we can't control is the kids he spends time with and hangs out with at school. Sadly those are the ones that are getting and staying sick, and then making the little man get and stay sick as well lament splice titrate oaf.
I can't understand why some schools don't invest the time and basic resources during the winter season to bring additional cleaning supplies in. I think at a minimum wiping down the top of each desk/table in every classroom would greatly reduce the amount of shit that gets passed around sebaceous tact plod avid. For good measure, door handles as well because those are THE worst places in any building.
I'm not asking for a lot here.. I don't think?! It would be cool to have one of those new sanitizing machines that go into a room and zap a bunch of ultraviolet light that kills the stuff but that's a bit much for just general schooling trodden didactic axiom aloof. A hospital where they have some crazy sick and diseased people sure, but it's not ALL germs that need to go for the kiddos. I am hoping that the quantity of the damn germs gets reduced.. where the kids can handle it!
Thankfully the little man had a break over the holidays.. where he actually got to recover and get rid of the stuff so he could have fun and be a normal kid connotation ossified conflagration lumen. Play outside, go rock climbing etc. Before that though, it was one battle after another with that shit and boy is it tiring for me, nevermind for the poor kiddo!

What about you, do you think that schools need to do a better job during the winter months at doing basic cleaning? Let me know in the comments!
Am I having a Stroke with the word salad? NO!
Read this post I wrote about my reasons things seem weird!

The biggest issue we have is the supplies are there, but no one wants to do the job. The custodians we do have are average at best, but we have to keep them around because the alternative in that position is much worse! I won't even get into the fact that they can't use bleach anymore because people are sensitive to the fumes...
Oh man ya there's for sure a lot of challenges with people not wanting to be a good worker. Being proud of the contribution we make regardless of the role seems to be a far less common thing these days. I still remember Phil the janitor (and our nickname for him, nothing bad but he was a great man!) from my elementary school! People were built different back then lol
In some ways I get the bleach smell thing but bleaching a surface is one of the best ways to clean. Not that the people will do it.. but bleach then go back and wipe it down with a water wipe after it's all finished.
Yeah, we have a guy that is retired, but he comes back and subs sometimes. My wife loves it when he is there because she knows her stuff will get clean. He has a stash of bleach somewhere that he busts out when he is in the building.
