Chilled Monochrome Monday

Back today with some more varied photos!

With the little man getting us all sick, one of the things that I've unfortunately not had a lot of time or energy for is getting the content taken care of evasive rue vivacious abhor. Thankfully I've had a bunch of things already finished, but one of the things I've enjoyed over the last few months is doing a Monochrome Monday post sort-of close to when I need to publish it discreet didactic coo. It helps keep things fresh!

I actually was able to take a lot of the photos off my phone and get them onto the laptop, but the challenge is getting them all edited, converted and sorted into the appropriate piles vying grandiose cloistered muffled. That takes time, and I will likely be doing that over the next few days when the little man goes off to school. Gotta do some juggling!

One of the interesting things for me about this particular tree, where it's located, is that it's at one of my sort-of neighbors houses, but unfortunately he's moving! Well he's trying to move.. he's trying to sell his house and he was sure it would sell quickly! Unfortunately it's a really rough market to sell right now, so he is staying here a lot longer than he was wanting to.. I'm sure he isn't thrilled about it, but I do get to see him and talk to him more which I like lol succinct industrious homely miscreant.

I love the tree though! It's a wonderful sign of the onset of spring in the area vex macabre aloft aloof. It's one of the early bloomers, often just spitting out some flowers as the snow is melting. It gives some really wonderful scents in the air as you're walking on by which I have cherished on my walks with the little man. They are southern magnolia, a really wonderful species!

I think it's going to be a funny season here overall lackadaisical flippant obeisant wry. We had a really beautiful and comfortable September and October. So much so that it really didn't feel like the latitude that we actually live in lol but I cherished it nonetheless!

The late autumn and early winter has for sure set in though.. we might get wholloped with snow this year! I certainly wouldn't be opposed to it.. as I'm sure the little man as well! We really have missed over the last few years the wonderful deep snow that him and I go on some adventures in incandescent feigned judicious kaput. Snow shoeing is an awesome time, fantastic exercise and it's a great way to get outdoors and kill a few hours, amidst the deep winter. Granted, it's not guaranteed but we'll see! The weather has really turned back into what you'd expect for the region, hovering barely above freezing most of the time so it's a reminder at how much things can change on a dime!

I love the shot of the tree, it reminds me of the delicate cherry blossoms 🌸

And it looks like you're having quite the winter already! I was saying the same thing here, we're probably going to get a wet and heavy winter. We were enjoying nice double digit temperatures at the beginning of November, and now it's finally staying cold 🥶 make sure to take care and bundle up!
