He called me early yesterday morning to give me the good news that he had a new coffee maker. It happens that he cannot drink a lot of coffee, and many times, with his 6-cup coffee maker, he had to discard large quantities. So the solution was to order a two-cup coffee maker.

I laughed a lot when I saw the device, because it looked like a toy coffee maker 😂. Nevertheless, it worked perfectly. We also prepared a coffee that arrived in the same shipment and that definitely had a special taste, very bitter, just what was needed.

Then we strained again, to prepare café bonbon (that is, coffee sweetened with condensed milk). Here I was so inebriated by the preparation, which is in fact my favorite, that I didn't even remember to document the process.

Desde que descubrí que uno de mis compañeros vive justo en el camino que normalmente tomo para llegar al trabajo, se ha vuelto costumbre que pase por allí para ir juntos. Sobre todo, algo que me anima a seguir pasando es que siempre me recibe con una taza de té o café.

Ayer me llamó temprano en la mañana para darme la buena noticia de que tenía una cafetera nueva. Sucede que él no puede tomar mucho café, y muchas veces, con su cafetera de 6 tazas, debía desechar grandes cantidades. Entonces la solución fue ordenar una cafetera de dos tazas.

Me reí mucho cuando vi el artefacto, pues parecía una cafetera de juguete 😂. No obstante, funcionaba a la perfección. Preparamos además un café que llegó en el mismo envío y que definitivamente tenía un sabor especial, muy amargo, justo lo que se necesitaba.

Luego volvimos a colar, para preparar café bombón (es decir, café endulzado con leche condensada). Aquí estaba tan embriagado por la preparación, que es de hecho mi favorita, que ni siquiera recordé documentar el proceso.
