Día de cuidar mis manos 🫶 [Esp/Eng]

Cuidar nuestras manos en primer lugar, es un acto de salud y bienestar, hacernos la manicure implica eliminar impurezas, retirar piel muerta, mejorar la textura, dureza de nuestras uñas y ademas a traves del masaje mejoramos nuestra circulación.

Por otro lado cuidar nuestras manos tiene efectos psicológicos positivos evidentes, pues al tener nuestras uñas arregladas, nos sentimos bien con nosotros mismos, nos da felicidad, definitivamente, es una demostracion de amor propio.

Particularmente ir a arreglarme las uñas, es uno de mis mejores momentos, fielmente voy al salón de belleza fish salón, ubicado en la avenida 31 de Julio, la Asunción ( Isla de Margarita) allí está mi querida amiga, Jenni, ella cuida de mis manos y pies desde hace 7 años, no la cambio por nadie, allí paso un momento yo muy agradable, el ambiente es relajante, te brindan té, café, galletas, todos son muy amables , conversamos, reímos e intercambiamos chismecitos jejejejjeje. Además cuentan con peluqueria y barbería que brindan servicios de excelencia.

Generalmente elijo hacerme la manicure semi permanente, pues, tiene mayor durabilidad (15 a 20 dias) y me gustan cortas para poder trabajar mejor 👍

They also have a hairdresser and barbershop that provide excellent services.

Generally, I choose to have a semi-permanent manicure, because it lasts longer (15 to 20 days) and I like them short so I can work better 👍.
