Deliciosos Waffles de espinacas y Avena 💪🍃🧇[Esp/Eng]

Hoy les quiero compartir una receta deliciosa muy saciante y nutritiva, se trata de unos waffles de espinacasy avena. Siendo una opción perfecta para el desayuno o cena, para los intolerantesal gluten , son perfectos, además nutricionalmente nos aporta vitaminas, minerales y fibra. la receta cinsta de pequeños y sencillos pasos. El resultado es exquisito. Así que sin mas preámbulos ¡iniciemos! les encantará 👌

INGREDIENTES: 3 waffles de 10x12 cms

  • 1 taza de avena molida
  • 1/2 taza de leche
  • 2 cucharadas de maizena o fécula de maíz
  • 1 manojo de espinacas
  • 1 huevo
  • 1 cucharadita de Orégano molido
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

PREPARACION:

Paso 1:

Llevamos todos los ingredientes a la licuadora. Procesamos por 1 minuto aproximadamente hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea

Paso 2:

Encendemos la wafflera. Engrasado con un poco de aceite en una servilleta. Vertemos la mezcla en cada compartimiento y cerramos. Dejamos cocer hasta que queden doradas.

Paso 3:

Por último , es momento de emplatar, la podemos disfrutar con los tooping de tu preferencia o lo que tengas disponible. En este caso le coloque unas rodajas de tomate, jamos de pavo, huevos revueltos y unas tiras de aguacate.

INGREDIENTS: 3 waffles measuring 10x12 cm

  • 1 cup of ground oats
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch or cornflour
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Step 1:

Mas sano y full proteína imposible amiga Claudimar 😊❤️ de verdad que nunca me imagine unos waffles de espinacas, pero de eso se trata la buena comida de ingenio y tu lo haces muy bien. Gracias por compartirlo con nosotros el paso a paso. Estoy segura que varios Hivers intentaras esta receta.

This recipe falls from heaven, almost a month ago I went to see the doctor for a general evaluation, and among several instructions he told me that I should avoid eating processed flours, ie bread, arepa or cookies 🤔 certainly the doctor is right because by avoiding the consumption of these foods I have felt better health BUT it is difficult to find side dishes that replace for example the bread for breakfast 🍞 😢
