I headed to the park, the bars were calling me today, and I had a single goal in mind: go all out on statics. Those movements that stop in mid-air, that defy gravity—that's what brought me here. My crew was already there, doing dynamics.

They were in their own world, each with their unique style. There was @psycho-yoseph, @paezworkout, @pado-sw, and @ciberman-76. They weren't doing statics; no, they were having a party with dynamics. Pure madness. I saw @psycho-yoseph trying a 360, a full spin he almost landed, while @paezworkout practiced the Tornado 540, that flip that makes you spin and fly at the same time. @pado-sw was showing off with the 180 monkey, swinging from one bar to another in a single move, and @ciberman-76, as always, was trying and perfecting every detail of his supran.

Seeing them gave me brutal energy. For a moment, I forgot about my statics and joined them. I went to the bar and decided to do a supran 180. I joined @ciberman76, and he gave me some tips on what I was doing wrong since it had been a while since I'd done a supran. With his patience, he explained the technique, the cadence, the exact point to turn. I tried it again and again. At first, it was a disaster, but little by little, I got the hang of the movement, the turn, the control. It wasn't perfect, but I was part of the group, sharing the same flow and the same passion. And just like that, between dynamics and statics, the afternoon passed—a brutal training afternoon.
