🐈😹🐾🐱🐯😻 Tale of Two Tales - Chapter 65- Queen of Hearts.... And Marmite - NOT MY CAT🐈😹🐾🐱🐯😻

As I sit here watching Lexi sleep in her throne / royal bed made of my scarves, I realize how completely whipped I am.

And I am not the only one!

Lexi has a schedule for cuddles and is very strict about who she loves when. Like the boys get her at night. They sleep on a bunk bed and she hops between the two of them.

During the day, she is my Baby. She cries for me until I "enter the right password of meows" and only after I've built her a bed/ throne/ which she inspects, kneads for a while and then plonks herself behind my laptop so I can't move. If I don't do these things in exactly the right order, and with great urgency, this exchange of meowing while she sits in the passage for more than an hour until one of us gets tired and gives up.

When it comes to @zakludick though, he can just pick her up and plonk her on the bed. He completely smothers her in a most undignified fashion - which I would never het away with- and then the cuddles and poses for him, begging for more attention and is even accutely aware that I am taking her photos in the meanwhile, which encourages her to pull out all the stops as far as cuteness is concerned.

I certainly feel like I got the short end of the stick here 🙄🙄 But I suppose, in her own way, she does love me.

Squeek is so reclusive, that I don't even have photos of her this week. She has been joining us in the lounge every evening though, but my mouth is usually full of whatever supper we're eating when she has her own cute moments - as she sleeps while covering her nose with her paws.

And then there's another NOT MY CAT, Marmite, who meows at me when I get out of the car and has no problem just following me inside, or who meows at my door to be let in.

I do know that one of the girls will kick his ass once he is discovered, but he is so damn cute and blindly affectionate that I can't help but let him in. Yes, I would steal him if I could!
