Spectacular images! Wow! So much emotion wrapped up in those clouds and the stunning scenery. Some of it looks like a landscape from the National Gallery. To beautiful to be real.

Please do! Despite my injuries, I need to find a way to get active again. A bit of fresh air goes a long way. I can't walk very far, but baby steps, right?

Yeah, baby steps does it! Start slowly, and not too far, and very gradually build it up again. Listen carefully to your body, and don’t stop too soon, but definitely not too late either!
I started with 500meter walks, and those took me over 10 minutes!
Now, I easily walk 20kms. I even walked 100km straight without a single break in 21hours last year.

Wow that's freaking inspirational. Yes I'd defos best starting a=around about where you are and I don't even know if I could do it w=every day... perhaps I should just try being part of the a@ctifit community and actually just letting myself try too get better. My condition may be permanent bit I haven't lost everything. I need to make the most of the mobility I have left.
