I believe All Time High is relative to who is investing, when they invested and how much they Invested. If you Invested 10,000 USD when BTC was $1 dollar, this is all time high profits for you. If you're investing now, wait a bit 😁

Now its time to invest in alts like $LEO ;)
I think when talking about people, that's fair. But when talking about Bitcoin in general, the ATH obviously refers to the highest value in USD, Bitcoin has ever been in.
I completely understand that concept, the main point I'm making is people should know when to take profit based on how they invested
