I value people who are entrepreneurs. In my city, there are many entrepreneurs in the coffee business. However, as always, some take advantage of the “artisanal” label and mix it with other beans, such as roasted corn. Although this is more profitable and more economical for them as sellers, for us as consumers, it makes us hesitate before buying." @yelimarin
