Welcome to our curation compilation of sensational stories!

Community members around the globe contributed some fantastic original tales this week, centred around the one true elixir of life- coffee! We enjoyed the passion in these posts, and as all good coffee pals do, we wanted to share a cup of them with you!

Cinnamon Cup Coffee is centred around creating a virtual coffeehouse environment, which energises its occupants with the digital ambience of coffee creativity. We hope you will adore these posts as much as we did.

Brewing Coffee with Ground Cinnamon Blossoms

✨"My daughter and my favourite spice vendor had a booth at the Christmas market. My daughter loves trying all kinds of spices there. After tasting a few, the favourite turned out to be cinnamon blossoms! The shopkeeper kindly ground some with a coffee mill, and when we tasted it, it had a lovely cinnamon scent and a natural sweetness.
My daughter still snacks on the crunchy blossoms from time to time, but I love grinding them together with coffee beans and brewing a cup. It tastes sweet even without any sugar." @akipponn

Trying out Coffee

✨"For some reason, the aroma of tea nauseates me, and I can't stand it when someone is brewing a cup of tea (I immediately find somewhere else to be). Growing up, I didn't have any problem with it, up until my teenage years when all of a sudden the aroma started to disturb my stomach. Ever since then, it's bye-bye anything tea related." @hazmat

✨"I confess that I would never have thought of it, so it seemed very interesting to me. Then I just had to turn on the machine, and the rest was to sit and watch the process. The coffee goes down gently, and at the end, the foam begins to fall. Once this process stops, more foam is added to the side of the machine. How wonderful!" @claudiocruz

A cold coffee on a hot afternoon

✨"Havana's Vedado is full of cosy places to enjoy a good cup of coffee, so whenever I have the opportunity, I enjoy this delicious liquid in a place I've never been to before. On this occasion, I was able to get to know the varieties offered at Delacrem, an ice cream parlour that has become very popular in the city due to the quality service they provide." @indipnash91

The magic of coffee in an endless night.

✨"As I turned on the coffee pot and listened to the comforting sound of coffee droplets falling onto the filter, I began to feel a strange sense of relief. As if the simple act of brewing a cup of coffee was having a calming effect on my mood. I have always thought that coffee has a mystical and ritualistic background, at least for me. Its preparation process involves active meditation." @aly.squid

✨"Motivated by the way I was evaluating my feelings, and when I left I went to celebrate with one of my favorite drinks a mocaccino coffee, which I expected to have it alone at my table, but suddenly the guy at the counter arrives with my order, accompanied by some small pieces of chocolate muffins, This is a gift from the house! He tells me ... I was pleasantly surprised, I accepted it as a retribution from the universe for the work done on this day." @evev

Weekend of latte, empanadas and tequeños ☕

✨"Ready and awake by the effects of caffeine, decide on the companion for breakfast, it was a weekend, most of the time, I decide for the easiest, I had in my fridge easy dough, tequeños, so I decided on Saturday for the tequeños to accompany the freshly brewed coffee with milk, My family likes the coffee with milk that I make, I give it a touch of cinnamon, salt and sugar that fascinates them, spoil and enjoy this breakfast as a family, they give a wonderful touch to this simple breakfast, the simple fact of varying the menu, is already exciting for them." @neilamarcano

Cocktail Coffee

✨"One day, while sitting in the kitchen with my mother, I told her: "Mommy, I want to make coffee, but cold and with a special touch to cope with this sweltering heat". I opened the fridge and found a delicious guava juice; in the pantry, some liqueur, and it was then that it occurred to me to create a perfect coffee cocktail for this hot afternoon!" @milik80

Unexpected rain, coffee and a few words about it...

✨"The rain wasn’t heavy, but enough to transform the landscape. The drops began to hit the bakery windows, creating small streams that slowly slid toward the sill. Inside, the warmth of the place contrasted with the chill of the storm, creating a cosy, almost magical atmosphere. As I sipped my coffee, I let myself be carried away by the tranquillity offered by that small corner of the world." @chris-chris92

Coffee Musings | Small Talk

✨"We did ended going for coffee to have a better place to talk and ordered some sweet treats to go along the beverage. The usual "bomba" (a fried dough with a custard filling and dusted sugar on top) and a "palmerita" (fried flaky dough in the shape of a heart. This one had a chocolate topping). Even when we insisted that the cousin take some of the treat, he didn't. I don't know if out of shyness or what. Maybe he was already embarrassed by being dragged into what was supposed to be a date." @bertrayo
