Season of love
Good day, amazing people of the Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #hiveghana community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompts: Christmas gift ideas.
In less than a few days now we will enter Christmas, a season everyone has been waiting for. Seriously, I am so happy that Christmas is here again. Although this year seems to have run fast, I love it. Christmas is smelling everywhere; people are getting ready to celebrate Christmas. The weather keeps telling me that Christmas is at my doorpost.
One thing that always makes me long for Christmas is the gift. I remember back then when I was a kid, once Christmas was approaching like this, whenever my uncles and aunts called over the phone, they would always tell me to get my gift for Christmas, and surely whenever they were coming back, I would get a gift from them. This made me love Christmas so much that I always prayed that Christmas would never end.
A Christmas gift is something I love so much, and I always long for a Christmas gift no matter how small it is. A Christmas gift means a lot to me, and any gift I receive during this period means a lot to me. It must not be fancy or loud; what really matters to me is the heart it is coming from
As individuals we have different gift ideas when it comes to Christmas. What I would love to receive this Christmas is fashion accessories; my love for fashion is top-notch this year. For Christmas I need a smartwatch as a Christmas gift. I have been longing to have a smartwatch of late because of my health to track my fitness and also monitor my health.
Another gift I want this Christmas is a personalised mug. I am a lover of mugs. I am just imagining myself drinking my favourite coffee with a mug having my picture in it; it will really be the best gift I will receive this year. I have been longing to have a personalised mug.
Another one is a set of perfume. People that know me know how much I love smelling good; receiving a set of perfume this Christmas will not be bad. I will really appreciate it.
When it comes to my favourite Christmas gift ever, it is a handbag I received from my dad before he gave up the ghost. I cherish that gift so much; I can play with anything, but when we see that handbag, I don’t joke with it at all. It means a lot to me that bag is so special to me.
For me, it is not about the gift. What matters to me is the heart giving the gift. I am this kind of person that loves and values gifts; no matter how small the gift may be, I will cherish it.
Santa If you come across my post, grant me my wish of having a smartwatch this Christmas season and also bring joy and happiness to my household this season.
