Repair the house to my dream home LOH #225

Good day, amazing people of the Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #ladiesofhive community.I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompt.

1️⃣ You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best years are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodelling, and therefore its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time or money in repairs, so its price is much higher than the previous one. What do you choose? Are you on the "repair to my liking" team or the "buy everything ready and fast" team?

It has always been my dream to own a house since I was a kid. It doesn’t matter if I will renovate it to my taste; as far as the house belongs to me, that’s what matters. When it comes to houses, we have our preferred choice. It has always been my wish to live in a place that is well customised to my taste. Rebuilding and remodelling my house to my taste and having things fit in just the way I like it – I just don’t want any old house; I want a place I can call home, somewhere I can find comfort and peace.

I love beautiful things; as long as the house is beautiful, I will be like a patient dog that will eat the fastest bone. I know fully well that it will be stressful; I will have to put in both my time and resources. I don’t mind as long as it will give me what I want; I don’t mind investing that just to have the standard of house I want. I will always tell my friends that I don’t have the strength to start building a house from scratch; all I have to do is to build an already finished building and renovate it to my taste. Seeing this offer is a yes for me. The house is beautiful and cheap. Omg, what else am I looking for if not to use money to upgrade, repair and remodel the house to my taste?

The fact that I am the one renovating the house to my taste is amazing. I choose what I want in the house and how I want the house to be. This is me converting another person's preferred house into my comfort home.

I have things I look out for whenever I am looking for a house. I just don’t pay for a house because I need shelter; my house must be of a standard. It must be a house I am proud of, a place I can call home. What is the essence of paying a huge amount for a small building that is not beautiful like the previous one? I love building; spending my money to fix my choice is something I will gladly do without even thinking twice.

I will gladly use the money and repair the house to my taste. I am not doing it for anyone. The house belongs to me, so whatever money I put in the house is not a waste, and I will not regret it. For the fact that the price is cheap and the house is beautiful, I will go for it. The house is cheap, right? That means I still have money to fix the house to my taste. I will use the money to repair and remodel the house. I don’t mind if it takes my time and resources. As far as I have my comfort and peace of mind, I don’t care about things I waste.

I belong to the team repair, so like at the end of the renovation, the house will turn to paradise, a place where I can see comfort and call my home.
