My preferred house, a house of garden #244
Good day, amazing people of the Hive blockchain, and happy new week. Welcome back to my blog; it is another edition in the #ladiesofhive community. Are you one of those who prefers a house with or without a garden? Do you like plants? What do you do to take care of them?
When it comes to choosing a house, I can’t live in a house without a plant or garden. People have what to look out for; mine is plant and garden. I am a lover of plants and gardens, and I can’t stay in a house without the both. Plants have a way of adding beauty to an environment; seeing the beautiful plant in my compound makes me happy.
Planting is one thing I can’t do without; no matter how busy my schedule is, I always map out time to take care of my garden. My love for planting started when I was still little; whenever my dad was going to farm, I always cried if he didn’t carry me to the farm. At a tender age I have my own garden after going to farm work with my dad. In the evening I will go to my own garden to plant my seeds. Every minute I will go to the garden to see if the seeds have started to germinate. Once I notice that they have started germinating, I am always happy. Everyone in the house will not hear a word that day at home. Farming is one of the things that makes me happy.
Due to my love for farming, I studied agriculture at university, and with my experience and also from the one I acquired at the high institution, I can boldly say I can take care of my garden or my plant. Every plant needs photosynthesis for them to germinate well. I know to water my garden; the right treatment for that pest will not disturb my garden. I always hear people complain how pests have eaten up their crops, and most when they harvest their crops, it didn’t produce well. There is nothing that gives farmers more joy than seeing their crops flourishing, and that alone gives them joy. There is this satisfaction you get when your effort is not in vain; that is how farmers feel whenever they have a bountiful harvest.
Currently we are in farming season, and it has really been a busy period for me. It is not just about planting; it is about taking care of the garden. If there is anything that requires attention in the garden, there is time for weeding, and from time to time you visit your garden to check if a pest is eating up your crops. One thing about farming is you get to eat fresh food all the time and stay healthy. It also helps me to save some cost.
A house with a garden and plants has really been the best house for me. Oh yes, I can’t exist in a house without a garden.
The pictures are mine.
This is my response to the weekly prompts #ladiesofhive of the community topic. Are you one of those who prefers a house with or without a garden? Do you like plants? What do you do to take care of them?

Life without a garden is difficult to imagine, growing some for the table or to delight one simply having flowers attracting birds and insects.
Your corn appears to be happy, hope you well rewarded when it comes time to enjoy in the pot.
