For someone like me, who believes that my health is the number one thing I should take care of, I see my health as something precious that I have to take care of. I so much love this saying: health is wealth. In order to be wealthy, you need to stay healthy.
For you to live a peaceful life, you must take care of your health. Currently, people pay less attention to their health, which is why there are illnesses here and there. We really pay less attention to our health, which is really bad.
Some tips that will help you live a healthy life.

Stop eating processed food. Back in the days, our grandparents ate well, but too much processed food was not good for our health. Most of this food was preserved with chemicals, which can be dangerous to our health. Youth these days find it hard to prepare meals; they prefer processed food. Oh yes, you don’t have to stress yourself; you are really risking your health. Back in the 80's, our grandparents and forefather really took care of their health, and they were very strong.
eating fruit and vegetables: this will really make you stay healthy. Fruits really help in refreshing our body. There are so many benefits to taking fruits. I understand that a hard intake of fruits will have you stay healthy, and your chances of getting ill will be little because fruits will really have you stay healthy. Vegetables and fruit have a lot of minerals and vitamins. People who take vegetables and minerals have a low risk of heart disease. One beautiful thing about people who take vegetables and fruit is that they live long.
Exercise is another health tip that will help you stay healthy. Exercise helps us stay healthy and smart. Exercise is one thing I don’t joke with; it's a good way to stay healthy. It helps in burning fat, reduces heart disease, and so on.
Drinking enough water: I never knew how important water was until I met a doctor who made me understand how important it is, especially early morning water. At first, I found it very hard, but as time went on, I got used to it. Since I started taking my early morning water, it has really helped me increase my blood metabolism and boost my energy.
We should reduce our intake of salt and sugar. We are not doing ourselves any good by taking too much of these things, and we are putting our health in danger.
Remember to stay healthy. Health is wealth. The earlier we start taking our health seriously, the better for us. Let us invest in our health it is very important let stop ignoring our health we should always put our health first Thank you for reading.

The exercising part is what is m bad at, but I find time on weekends to just walk some distance, I guess that should do it right?

You know it has become a trend on social media these days, you will see people displaying their capabilities to consume a large quantity of processed food. Some even claim that they don't have time to make good home made meal. Every other thing you listed are things I adhere to but you see that exercise of a thing, I'm good at speaking about it but I barely go through the process itself 😅
They are really harming their selves ignores is very bad try to keep fit
