When it comes to starting up a business, it is not always easy because at first it will be very tough; things may not be as you plan, and challenges will come, but it will only take patience and determination for someone to keep pushing. But once you have passion for something, you will keep pushing no matter the challenges.

If I am given a chance to start up a business without thinking twice, the business that will come to my mind is to open a fashion house. I have always had a thing for fashion. Since I was a child, sewing has been more than just a skill to me; it is something I have a passion for, something that gives me joy. I love it whenever people look good. The fact that I create beauty makes me happy, and whenever people wear my brand, it makes me feel fulfilled. Fashion is more than a cloth for me. One thing about fashion is you must have passion for it before you can be able to create beauty.

My dream has always been to have my own fashion house, a place full of beauty and creativity. I have always admired Vee James, and I see her as my role model. I always tell myself that I will not just make cloth but a well-detailed cloth that has a story to tell. Fashion is advancing day by day; gone are the days when clothes were just made without having a story to tell.

Fashion is something I have loved since I was a kid. I have everything that has to do with beauty, but when it comes to fashion, leave it for me. I am not going into fashion for the money; it is something I have passion for. When I make clothes, people who come across my brand will know that indeed this is beyond clothing.

Earlier I mentioned Vee James as my role model because of how creative she is when it comes to fashion. Every piece she makes has a story to tell. She is original and creative when it comes to fashion, and she comes up with the best when it comes to originality. I give it up to her. One beautiful thing about fashion is it keeps advancing day by day. That is why, as a fashion designer, you must top up your game in the industry.

I am someone who loves training people. It will be a big privilege for me to train people under my brand and a plus for me that I contribute to their future. I have always told myself whenever I start my own fashion business, I must train people because I want fashion to keep living.

My brand will be just more than cloth a home of originality and creativity and every piece of fibre will have a story to tell.
