History is about to repeat itself.
Good day, amazing people of Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #hivelearners community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompt history repeat.
Looking at the way things are going, it seems that history wants to repeat itself; looking at the way things are going, I am afraid that history will repeat itself. People are tired of the system of government. These people only enrich themselves and their families. The level of suffering and frustration people face on a daily basis is alarming. If nothing is done about it, the youth might go to war, and it is my greatest fear.
That one history that will repeat itself is war. Just hearing the name, I am scared. I have not witnessed one before, but from what I am seeing in action movies and stories my grandpa told about war, it is not something that should repeat itself. The loss of life, no shelter and no food for people. It is not something I will want to experience.
Due to the way things are going in my country, the majority of the youth are talking about war. Inside me, I always say how I wish these people really understood what war is all about; they would not even think of it. Although when it comes to my country, it seems like going to war will solve the problem we are facing today, but it will not solve anything; rather, we will destroy the little we have. In the year 1967 there was a civil war, but still yet nothing has really changed. Going into another one will still not change anything. Most times we think that war is the answer to some of the problems we are facing, but it is not.
Russians have been at war for a very long time now; whenever I turn in to CNN and see how kids are suffering, I am always emotional. Most times I shed tears without me knowing.
I have not witnessed war, but stories about war are so scary. If a country is facing war, there is no freedom; the people living in the country are not safe. I don’t think there is anyone that one war. Whenever I hear about a country fighting, I always worry because I know what awaits the country. War is not necessary; there are some ways we can talk out our differences rather than going into war.
Last week Iran and Israel were in a fight. The war was a serious one; Iran was firing missiles in the sky against Israel. Alot of lives were lost, and homes were lost. Seeing kids crying was so touching. I kept asking myself, is this war really necessary? Believe me or not, war is bad. Most times I blame technology.
There is nothing as sweet as living together in peace and harmony, no matter our country, religion and norms. We should take away our differences, and there should not be discrimination among us. We should always allow peace to ruin. Going to war can never be the best thing; we can sort out our differences without war.

Conflict is an instrument of change, I don't think there is ever any form of revolution that took places in developed countries that doesn't involve conflict or war. It is scary indeed, there is never a total win in a war, each side will definitely suffer significant loss but at the end of the day, the survivors shall move towards a new world or remain in a dismantled world.
