Ginger defined my personality #256

Spices make life and food interesting! If a spice could describe you and your personality, what would that spice be, and why?

Food without spices will not make sense; for your food to be delicious, there must be something that will spice up the food. When spice is added to a meal, from afar you will inhale the aroma and be tempted to have a taste of the meal. I don’t think that food can be tasty without adding one or two spices to the meal.

The glory of every woman in the kitchen is a little piece of spice. Whenever I am cooking, no matter how small my pot of food may be, one or two spices must enter my pot because without them my food will not make sense. When it comes to spice, I make use of normal spices because they give me what I need and make me a proud woman in the kitchen.

If spice is to describe me and my personality, which spice is it? Seriously, rating my personality with spice has never crossedmy mind. If I must say, the only spice that speaks volumes of my personality is ginger. Every single meal I make, I must add ginger to it; it adds flavour to the meal.

Ginger is confident, and it has its own way of transforming every meal, turning it into something enjoyable, and speaking life into food. Every meal that ginger is added to, you don’t need to ask if ginger is added to the meal; just by tasting the meal, you will know which is ginger. Ginger doesn’t hide itself; wherever it is, it will not allow anything to outshine it. Ginger is bold and courageous. At this meetupwith one of my personalities, you might see me and feel like I am calm, but when I display how bold and courageous I am, you will be surprised. Just like ginger doesn’t show itself, neither do I. That is why when people see the other side of me, they are always surprised.

Just like you need to peel ginger to know it is worth it, for you to fully understand my personality, you need to come across to me. You can’t stand far and know. Just like ginger shines like gold, so do I when I come out. I always outshine people around me. I can’t enter a venue and you will not notice me. Why? Because I always wear a smiling face. There is no dull moment as long as you are with me.

For you to use ginger, you have to be patient before using it because you have to peel it first. One personality trait that people around me cherish so much is my patience. I fully understand that in life there is no rush.

Ginger is that one spice I don’t joke with; it is my go-to spice. This spice defines my personality.
