🐙🐟Raya Pulp Delight!
Hello dear #Hivers of this wonderful community, where we know that a full tummy, a happy heart and that each dish for each family is delicious; The good and beautiful thing about being able to share a recipe is experimenting, savoring and being able to give it your own original touch.
On this occasion, I will prepare a delicious Raya Pulp, its delicious flavor and easy to prepare. Thanks to a friend who gets me super fresh and clean just wanting to cook and that's it! The stingray pulp is a fish, we could find it in various sizes and the truth is that it is from salt water and it is beautiful.
🐟Ingredients for this recipe!
As we already know, the pulp of the stingray is a type of fish, so it is the main thing. 🐟We will use 1 kilo of stingray pulp, salt is to taste, vinegar particularly, I will prepare it, with garlic joint, oregano, cilantro, carrot, but friends can use onion, and whatever they want if they want. your taste, even this recipe uses oil, it can be normal oil that is usually used at home or much healthier Olvia oil, color to give it a different tone, but I can't consume it, so I make it my style.
🐟Let's start with the preparation
Very well, to begin with, if our stripe is fresh, we only go from one to washing it, in my case it is fresh, but after a day in the freezer, then I put it to defrost, to be able to continue.
This is a sample of our Raya Pulp, so that you appreciate it, its skin is super white and even before cooking it, it is appetizing, super low in fat, so it is highly recommended.
We must remove the pulp from the bag, and in water, filtered of course, we add it to a saucepan if preferred; This fish usually gives off a lot of smell when cooking it, but the truth is that it is not an unpleasant smell, rather the smell makes you very hungry to want to taste it.
🐟We proceed to place the pulp as mentioned above in a saucepan with water, a first to wash it alone, then we add water again and add a splash of vinegar, it can be white or apple. We leave it for about 15 minutes, but we turn it around like washing it in that same water. After time, the water is removed and filtered water is added again and washed very well.
Once washed, then, we add a water that overflows the fish, and it is placed to boil; I left it for about 25 minutes, they can leave it until they speak, in my case the time is enough for it to spend enough time in the candle. Then they will see it crumble as if by itself once they shake it with a kitchen utensil.
It can be observed on the stove already on, at a boil.
While our stingray pulp is cooking, we continue with the addition to give this fish flavor. We will use two carrots, remember that this is a kilo of stingray pulp, if it is more, you must add much more if you want more flavor; we wash our carrots, peel them and grate them.
Wash the bunches of mount to preference; To chop it I used kitchen scissors, it is much easier to work.
When the stingray pulp is ready, we throw away that water, and we begin to shred it with kitchen utensils. I have used two forks, it seems to me that it is much more practical.
We then add our chopped mount, stir, then add salt to taste, this must be tested as it continues on the stove, to verify that it has a good flavor without exceeding the salt, then we add the oregano and continue stirring. You can add oil to another saucepan and place the carrot first, so that it's colored and then the rest of the seasonings and then transfer it to where the stingray pulp is. In my case, I didn't use any oil, so I added as I mention at the beginning.
I added more water, so that the mount was cooked with the stingray pulp, in your case, you can use a splash of vinegar and with the oil so that it continues cooking and stirring. When it has completely dried up, it is because it is ready.
