Nuestras vacaciones en Francia/Our vacation in France

Greetings Hivers, our vacation this summer was in France. This time we went to Nice, Monaco, and Cannes. It was a short, hour-and-a-half flight from Düsseldorf, Germany.
The first day we walked around Nice to get a bit of a look around the area and noticed that not all the beaches had sand, but rather stones. We thought it was only in that area, but no, all of them in Nice are like that. My husband asked why, and they told him they didn't want the sand to reach the city (I don't know if it was a joke). The truth is that it's not very pleasant to walk around there. Although the water was a pleasant temperature, it's a shame that the stones made it difficult to enjoy. We had to buy shoes to be able to get to the water without hurting ourselves, especially the children who wanted to play in the water. The waves were a bit strong and the stones hit my legs. On the other hand, the staff was very attentive and the food delicious. The next day we went to Monaco by train, 40 minutes from Nice. It's a total spectacle, with so many high-end cars passing by every minute. My kids were delighted seeing their favorite car models. We took a boat ride, a tour bus ride, walked around the palace, and the Formula 1 (F1) track. We went to the casino. Everything was very beautiful, and the people were very polite. We went thinking it would be expensive, but to our surprise, there are many places with the same prices as in Germany. We had an excellent, hot day.
The next day we went to Cannes. There is sand on the beach. The water was a little warmer than in Nice, which was much better for the kids. They were in the water from the moment we arrived until we left. I had to reapply their sunscreen every hour to protect their skin, but they had a great time. The prices were reasonable for Cannes, and the food was spectacular. We went to the theater where the famous film festival takes place. We took pictures on the famous red carpet and saw the hands of celebrities and their signatures.
The next day we went to Juan les Pins, near Cannes. My kids and my husband played surfboards for a while, then we went back to Cannes because we liked it a lot. We went on a tour bus. That's how my family's summer vacation ended. Everything was beautiful, the weather was excellent, the staff were very friendly everywhere, the food was good, and the Ubers were cheap. I hope you also get to visit those destinations; they're wonderful. Even if they say they're expensive, there's always a deal to be had. Don't miss the opportunity if it comes your way! I hope you enjoyed my post and that I can continue sharing more of my experiences with you. See you soon!
