Family trip to Bonn

Hello Hivers, greetings from Germany.
We are a family of four who travel almost every weekend, either in or outside of Germany.
Here are some photos from our family trip. This time we went to Bonn, the former capital of Germany. It's a beautiful city with a lot to see.
This time we stayed at the Kameha Hotel, a hotel that I found very interesting because of its decor. The hallways leading to the rooms are all red and black, and there were guests with big dogs; I felt like I was in an Asian gangster movie!
The pool has a beautiful view of the Rhine River. On Sunday before our return home, we visited the beautiful Drachensfel Castle. To get there, you have to take a tram that makes two stops: one at the castle and the second at the tower ruins. One fact that caught my attention was that the castle was also a school. I hope you can see the photos with this information so you understand why I found it interesting.
The castle also has beautiful gardens and a very large grounds. Inside, there's a hallway with stained-glass windows displaying information about scholars of the time and people who made history. I saw names like Miguel de Cervantes, Christopher Columbus, Alexander Humboldt, and Rembrandt, among the few I remember.
Another place of interest you can find in Bonn is Beethoven's House. I hope you enjoyed what I was able to write about my weekend. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
