Durante la jornada laboral del día de ayer, en vista de que la matrícula en el aula estuvo baja porque como todos ustedes saben, estamos regresando de los días festivos de carnaval, y por experiencia propia sabemos que al regresar de unas breves vacaciones, cuando nos incorporamos al trabajo en este caso como soy docente de aula y estoy a cargo de unos niños y niñas tiende a bajar durante esos primeros días, después de los niños haber culminado con la elaboración de sus actividades escolares decidimos mi compañera de trabajo mi persona, realizarle una sencilla pero significativa dinámica donde los niños y niñas se tomarían de las manos también cerraron los ojos, escucharian músicas cristianas esto le permitió a los niños relajarse y meditar, es decir, desestresar y reducir el nivel de adrenalina por no llamarlo hiperactividad, este tipo de actividades le permitió a los niños y niñas aflorar los sentimientos de cariño y hermandad con sus compañeritos también nos regalamos fuertes abrazos y palabras de cariño, por considerarnos una familia ya que pasamos mediodía en un aula de clase compartiendo diferentes experiencias también lindos sentimientos.

Realmente este tipo de actividades nos permite aflorar sentimientos y demostraciones de cariño hacia nuestros seres queridos, en este caso son compañeritos de clase y muchos de ellos son familia por sanguinidad y sobre todo por afinidad.
