El mes pasado, me dirigí bien temprano en horas de la mañana al hospital general de la ciudad, Antonio Patricio de Alcalá y al llegar al lugar pudo observar que había gran cantidad de personas a la espera de poder ser atendido por el oftalmólogo, en la larga lista de los pacientes anotados yo fui la número 14, se podrán imaginar que me tocó un día de larga espera para ser atendida, y digo largo día porque el doctor se presentó casi a las 10 de la mañana porque estaba haciendo una diligencia personal, así que lamentablemente que más nos queda esperar largas horas para ser atendido, bueno en resumidas cuentas gracias a Dios pacientemente pude esperar mi turno, y logró hacerme el chequeo y revisión y me explicó que era un pequeño derrame ocular, y esto es ocasionado por algún esfuerzo físico, un posible estornudo, estar expuesto a mucho estrés también me orientó que en el transcurso de aproximadamente una semana, la pequeña mancha roja de sangre se iba a ir aclarando hasta desaparecer y que no alzara peso que tratará de llevar la vida relajada y que no me diera mala vida.

He also told me that in the course of about a week, the small red spot of blood would clear up until it disappeared and that I should not lift any weight, that I should try to lead a relaxed life and that I should not give myself a bad life.
