There are many third party platforms created in "Splinterlands" that show you the cost of the lands that are already typed in all "Preatoria", however, there is one that I have recently discovered and that I love the simplicity as it shows it, besides highlighting how easy it is to search for something you need in a very specific way, because if the lands are characterized by something special, is that they have many details and aspects that many do not know and do not handle perfectly, that is why, an easy and intuitive market is what we need for players to have ways to acquire what they want.
So, based on the "Lands", this time the post focuses on this market, its operation and how you can find that specific "Land" you need, although, I must clarify that I am not an expert on the subject of the "Lands", this game mode requires more study and supervision as I understand, plus it depends heavily on the strategy you want to apply, so, I will not delve into what you can do, but what you can win depending on what kind of land you choose, something basic.

What other benefits does "Elmo-Burns" have?
Something amazing about this platform is that it practically pays you to use it, what I mean is, the more you buy on it, the more rewards you could earn over time, in addition to this, this platform has a unique burning system, which helps the economy of the game, as it focuses on burning the SPS and reducing your total supply of SPS, so, for those who don't know, this means that less SPS open loose in the market and when an asset is scarce, the demand for its utility increases which causes the price to rise in the short, medium and long term.
But in addition to that, the "Elmo-burns" platform gets a 4% fee for all transactions made on it, but they do not keep this, they distribute it to the entire community, although I will only highlight a couple of them that I think are incredible:
For every purchase made on the platform, they return up to 70% directly to the elmo Wallet in their profiles.

This platform is great for buying land mainly because of the filters it has, since each of these land plots have unique characteristics that help you to produce one thing or another, basically depending on the type of "Land" it is, you can produce for example more SPS or otherwise "Grains" or other assets that can now be produced on the land and that are important for the economy within them.

In the image above we can see all the filters that brings this market to find our ideal plot of land according to our needs, but, so that you can observe and understand how easy it is, I will explain each of these below:
Plot Status: Here we can choose between 3 of them, natural, magic and busy, one is rarer than the other, I am not an expert, but I am sure that those who know more about the subject, can understand what is meant, however, the busy and magic are naturally more cards than the natural, I think their difference lies in what each one produces.
Land Type: Like the previous one, here you have 3 options, basically 3 types of land, where the "Keep" is the best and most expensive of all, then one step below is the "Casttle" and finally there is the "Land" which is the most normal of all.
Rarity: There is not much to explain here, they also come by rarity, so, if you filter by them, you will be able to realize which are the most expensive and why.
Resource: This is where I see it gets more interesting, since you can filter by the resource you are looking for, you can choose SPS, or the "Grain" for example, it all depends on what you want to produce, remembering that, all resources in the end will have an important function to build in the future.

Hay muchas plataformas de terceros creadas en “Splinterlands” que te muestran el costo de las tierras que ya están tipografiadas en toda “Preatoria”, sin embargo, hay una que he descubierto recientemente y que me encanta la sencillez como la muestra, ademas de resaltar lo fácil que es buscar algo que necesites de forma muy específica, ya que las tierras si se caracterizan por algo especial, es que, tienen muchos detalles y aspectos que, muchos no conocen y no manejan a la perfección, es por eso que, una mercado fácil e intuitivo es lo que necesitamos para que los jugadores tengan formas de adquirir lo que desean.
Así que, basándome en las “Tierras”, en esta oportunidad el post se enfoca en este mercado, su funcionamiento y como puedes encontrar esa “Tierra” especifica que necesitas, aunque, debo aclarar que no soy una experta en el tema de las “Tierras”, este modo de juego requiere mas estudio y supervisión según lo que entiendo, ademas de que depende mucho de la estrategia que quieras aplicar, por lo que, no profundizare en lo que puedes hacer, pero si en lo que puedes ganar dependiendo de que tipo de tierra elijas, algo básico.

Presento Elmo-burns ¿Qué es y cómo funciona?
Elmo-burns es una nueva plataforma que ofrece una serie de beneficios que se diferencian de algunos de los mercados de terceros existentes en la actualidad, es un mercado donde puedes comprar distintos “Items” del juego en un solo lugar, básicamente puedes comprar lo siguiente desde su interfaz:
Cartas: Lo más básico, están todas las cartas que hasta el momento se encuentran listadas en el mercado abierto, con filtros muy buenos para conseguir lo que necesitas de forma rápida y eficiente.
Items: Aquí puedes conseguir todo el resto de “Items” existentes en el juego, cuando hablo del resto, me refiero a todo lo demás, títulos, fortune tickets, tótems, packs, plots etc. Tienes de todo un poco, básicamente buscas, seleccionas la cantidad, y pagas bien sea con DECs o con Créditos.
Lands: En esta plataforma también encuentras listadas todas las tierras que ya se encuentran en “Praetoria”, nada diferente hasta ahora de otras, pero, lo que mas me gusta son sus filtros, ya que pone fácil lo que prácticamente para los jugadores que no saben nada de las tierras, es bastante complicado, pero, esto lo explicare en la sección siguiente.
¿Qué otros beneficios tiene “Elmo-Burns”?
Algo increíble de esta plataforma es que prácticamente te paga por usarla, a lo que me refiero es que, mientras mas compres en ella, más recompensas podrías ganar en el tiempo, ademas de esto, esta plataforma tiene un sistema de quema único, que ayuda a la economía del juego, ya que se enfoca en quemar el SPS y reduciendo su suministro total del SPS, por lo que, para el que no sepa, esto significa que menos cantidad de SPS abran sueltos en el mercado y cuando un activo es escaso, la demanda por su utilidad incrementa lo que causa que el precio suba en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Pero adicional a eso tiene, la plataforma de “Elmo-burns” obtiene un 4% de tarifas por todas las transacciones que se realizan en ella, pero, ellos no se quedan con esto, sino que la reparten a toda la comunidad, aunque solo resaltare un par de ellas que me parecen increíbles:
Por cada compra que realicen en la plataforma devuelven hasta el 70% directo a la Wallet de elmo en sus perfiles.
Mensualmente reparten el 2.5% de lo que recaudan en una competencia y tabla de clasificación donde, dependiendo de la posición que tengas cuando termine el mes, te llevaras un porcentaje del pool, por ejemplo; el primero lugar se lleva el 30%, el segundo 20% y el tercero 15% y continua hacia abajo.
Básicamente y como comenté, por usarla esta plataforma mientras más volumen tengas, básicamente compras y ventas, puedes ganar un porcentaje de todo ese pool.
¿Porque esta plataforma es genial para comprar tus “Tierras”?
Esta plataforma es genial para comprar las tierras principalmente por los filtros que posee, ya que cada una de estas parcelas de tierra tienen características únicas que te ayudan a producir una u otra cosa, básicamente dependiendo del tipo de “Tierra” que sea, puedes producir por ejemplo mas SPS o en su defecto “Granos” u otros activos que ahora se pueden producir en las tierras y que son importantes para la economía dentro de ellas.

En la imagen anterior podemos ver todos los filtros que trae este mercado para encontrar nuestra parcela de tierra ideal de acuerdo con nuestras necesidades, pero, para que puedan observar y entender lo fácil que es, explicare cada uno de estos a continuación:
Plot Status: Aquí podemos elegir entre 3 de ellas, natural, mágica y ocupada, una es mas rara que la otra, no soy una experta, pero seguro que los que saben más del tema, podrán entender a qué se refiere, sin embargo, la ocupada y la mágica son naturalmente mas cartas que la natural, creo que su diferencia radica en lo que produce cada una.
Land Type: Al igual que la anterior, aquí tienen 3 opciones, básicamente son 3 tipos de tierras, donde el “Keep” es el mejor y mas caro de todos, luego un escalón por debajo esta el “Casttle” y por último esta el “Land” que es la más normal de todas.
Rarity: Aquí no hay mucho que explicar, ellas también vienen por rareza, así que, si filtras por ellas, podrás darte cuenta de cuales son las mas costosas y porque razón.
Resource: Aquí es donde yo veo que se pone mas interesante, ya que puedes filtrar por el recurso que estas buscando, puedes elegir SPS, o en su defecto el “Grain” por ejemplo, todo depende de lo que quieras producir, recordando que, todos los recursos al final tendrán una función importante para construir en el futuro.
Conclusión
