Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 38: A Strong Start with Talented Entries

So it's a great week as we're just getting out of the recently concluded week where we saw various intriguing performances. A thrilling week indeed. By the way, before I get started off, I would like to say congratulations to the winners — a well-deserved win!

Just as we know it, the new week has already begun, and participants waste no time in releasing their song covers and entries.

I've scrolled through all I could lay my hands on and watched the new entries, and to be honest, they were cool.

So first, @verbal-d —

At this point, this man's talent is unarguably good. It's like he gave birth to music, with each day giving us a new feeling as though it were the first time listening to his artistic work. What I love about this entry so much is the lyrics! So, so inspiring. Kinda reminds me of Eminem's dope lyrical expertise — only this time, it isn't Eminem but verbal D. All I see here is pure talent — no sex, no drugs, no curse words — just pure music and motivation. I see you, bro 👏 Keep it up.

I love how the artist just flows in with the instrument. I don't know the song he was covering or even if it was an original, but I was sure as hell smiling and enjoying every bit of melody. And yeah, that's what good music is all about. The instrumentals were quite entertaining and, of course, professional. I could replay this video over and over again.

I'm really pretty amazed when artists play the guitar while singing. It really amazes me. And not just that — she was in sync. Her voice, the guitar, her cool vibes — everything was just in place. I somehow remembered when Justin Bieber was singing covers like this, and to be honest, I kind of likened her voice to his. Great performance!
