The Bible tells us that the imaginations of man's heart are always evil. Man thinks and plans evil. How could a world being inhabited by such people be from evil? It's not possible! The world is ruled by the devil. It controls the government and the economic system. He controls the hearts of men. So, the devil dominated world unleashed on us the many evil that we see.
There are new set of people in the world. These are the new creations in Christ Jesus. These are the men whose hearts have been washed clean of evil by the blood of Jesus. The have a new hearts and minds. Their hearts have been renewed by the Word of God. There are ruled by the Holy Spirit. The obey a new sets of rules. That is the Word of God. So, they are living by the commandments of God. These people do good not evil.
