Praying alone is not enough to get us close to God. If it were so, all those doing religious prayers would have been perfected in every aspect of their lives. But that is not the case. We must work our part in making our faith to yield the desired results. There will not be any salvation coming to us just by observing religious prayers. The life which we have of God requires practicing our faith.

Prayers is born out of trust in God. We trust that God is able to do what we are asking from Him. Because of that trust, we come boldly to God in prayers. The Bible says that we should approach the throne of grace with confidence. We have confidence that God is able to help us out of every of the challenges what we might be facing.

Only praying is not enough to make our lives better. We should understand that the Bible says that faith without works is dead our faith is dead if we do not do what we should do.
