I Want To Do Good. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

To do good is what a good christian should do. We are called unto good works. We are to be renewed in our hearts and to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. There are many evil works in the world. We should live in line with the gospel of Jesus Christ and practice with the teachings of Jesus Christ instruct us. So, we are called into a life of doing the things that are good.

The flesh and the spirit are always in contention. We are held in such an unpleasant situation which makes it difficult for us to grow spiritually. We must not allow the flesh to rule over our spirit. When we want to do what is good we will notice that the flesh gives us a resistance and does not allow us to actually do the things that we want to do. We know how to live the good life but our flesh does not allow us to do so.

The spirit seeks to obey God. It is the spirit that receives and follows after the commandments of God. We must obey the laws of God if we are truly the disciples of Jesus Christ. Let us know that what we doing everyday is what determines whether we are obeying God or not. We must cleanse our hearts and obey the laws of God. We must submit ourselves and discipline our body to do the will of God.
