My Introductory Post

My name is Ogar Christopher Oko.
I was born in a mini town called Mbube Ogoja, located in Cross River State, Calabar. In my earlier stage in school, I started primary school at the age of 5.

I repeated primary 3 because I couldn't let my friends behind; I had to stay with them and follow as good friends. Then, after my first school leaving testimonial in 2009, we moved together to government technical college Abakpe Ogoja.

We were moving together anywhere we wished to, from JSS1 to senior secondary. We never let each of us behind. In my senior secondary, we held a post as senior prefect; amongst three of us, only two know how to read and write. I was a sanitary prefect; my friend John was an assistant senior prefect, while the other one held none because of his laziness and stubbornness.

After our senior secondary day, I have to move on to another location where I can make new friends and share ideas and experiences together, leaving my town. I never knew it was the best thing that could happen to me. When I got to Lagos, I mingled with people who knew more than I did.

They taught me a lot I hadn't experienced in my life. We were going for classes I never paid for once. The worst part was I couldn't forget my friends I left behind. I keep on encouraging them to be hardworking and to be saving money also. We can acquire degrees as our teachers have; we can control the crowd with no fear.

Immediately after I got my admission, I had to contact John to see how far he had gone with his admission. He told me he has some challenges, like finance; I have to support him with the little I could to make sure we are in the same place as good friends. I loved watching and playing football and also cooking. I am a barber.

The worst experience I have encountered was with migration. It was totally disrespectful of them for not allowing me to enter the nearby town. I lost my reputation with them all. They were good Samaritans and had to prove me wrong. I wasn't wrong for showing up with my ID card. Secondly, I have been in organizations where I was placed as a humble man and also rendered help as much as I could to those who deserved help.

I heard about the Hive Blockchain from a friend @somuchgrace; she put me through all that I needed to know.
