ENVISIONING WHO YOU WANT TO BE: QUALITIES TO POSSES TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Continuing from the last post i made about envisioning who you want to be. In my previous post i discussed what success is and how you can become who you want to be. success is not envisioned in what you think alone but in the steps you take which is hinged on some specific qualities like determination,focus, believe and mentorship. I started with determination, explaining what determination is about and how it is you giving in all effort towards what you are doing. Also, determination entails you setting your mind on your objectives, regardless of negative influence that may surround you.

picking up from where i left off, my second point of discussion is FOCUS.

Focus is the ability to stay undistracted from your pursuits and goals. Focus is the maintaining and the giving of your attention towards your pursuits and this has to do with your mind being fully engaged on what you are doing.

The third point i want to address is BELIEVE.

Believe is the strong desire you have towards your endeavors. Believe can either be positive or negative depending on what you choose to focus on. Believe is you seeing beyond the present circumstance but rather seeing an opportunity that you can turn around to yield a positive result. Also, i would like to let us know that believe is not what you feel, it is what you know and hold onto.

The final point i want to discuss in our conversation about envisioning who you want to be is MENTORSHIP.

Mentorship is having someone who guides your journey in the area of your specialization. Mentorship is following a person who possess greater knowledge and experience in the prospect of what you are engaged in.
To be successful in your area of specialization, it is important to have someone who can guide you through challenges as your mentor might have faced similar obstacles. Having a mentor helps a lot because you are looking up to a person in learning and developing more about your space.
Don't forget that you having a mentor should not stop you from thinking and bringing up self innovative ideas. Also having a mentor provide the space of you asking questions in areas that you do not understand.

Keep pushing forward and with time you will see the result of your patience and hard work. You have a lot of potentials and abilities that will blow the world off its feet.
