I BLAMED PEOPLE FOR MY BEING BROKE.

Hello, Hive lovers, it's your guy @chopee and I've brought something you'd really like to reflect on. I feel it's something some persons can relate with, please feel free to share in the comment section if you can relate to this.

So guys, it's been such an amazing experience growing up to see almost everyone around you struggling to make ends meet. You know that scenerio where it's like they selected people who are facing financial hardship and brought all of you to stay together in the same terrain? Yeah, that's how it felt like. I grew up only knowing that rich and wealthy people existed but never came close to them.

Even my uncle who at some point broke out and became rich was very far from my reach. The only time I came close to him was when he bought a car and my mum took us to his house to celebrate. We all sat in the parlour together and that was the closest I got to him.

So, it seemed like the rich was difficult to access, this formed a mental frame in my mind, I became a kind of repulsive to rich people, is the right word repulsive? Well, I guess you understand what I'm saying. When I see rich people, I tend to stand aside, give them their way, not mingle with them, and all that, because in my early years, I didn't get to be close with them.

I continued growing, went to high school and college and was still never able to become friends with a student whose parents were rich, all I told myself was that one day, I'll become wealthy and then, all of us will meet where wealthy people meet and then we'll all connect.

I grew up having this mindset that, no matter what, I'll become wealthy. This mindset has kept me pushing, I pushed and pushed and pushed to the point where I began to blame rich people for not helping me become wealthy.

Yeah, later in my life, I now had the opportunity to be close with wealthy people, currently I now have wealthy guys' contacts, I call them, they call me, we talk and gist, we stay in the room and discuss matters, I enter their flashy and expensive cars and we just roll together. You can call this growth, yeah, I've grown and have become of so much value😎. I'm not blowing my trumpet, but just being thankful for growth.

So this morning, while I sat at my business place, thoughts were running through my mind, thoughts on how this and that person is supposed to help me achieve my goal of becoming wealthy. One mind was beginning to start blaming people again, but the other mind quickly shut it up and said:

"Even your own parents at this point of your life are not under any obligation to help you or do anything for you again. They were only under obligation when you were below 18years. If they are to do anything for you now is out of their good will and benevolence, so is anyone you think you want to start blaming again".

At this point it dawned on me afresh since I had forgotten, that nobody is under any form of obligation to help me or do anything for me, not even my aged mum. It became anew in my mind that I have got to keep pushing all alone without putting my hope and trust on any man but God. I reminded myself that only God lifts a man, hence all my faith, trust, hope and believe has to be on Him, and that I must not for any reason blame anyone for not lifting nor helping me, help comes only from God and God alone.

So, this is me saying to anyone out there who have at one point or the other blamed or is blaming any rich man for not helping him or her, "don't blame anyone, dear. Keep pushing and trust God that He'll bring that 'ONE PERSON' that will turn your life around for good and make you achieve your goal of being wealthy".

Let's keep hope alive and trust our maker, and soonest, we'll be at the top!
