Oh WOW what a great collection of traditional toys you have there.
I LOVED my yo yo's in the 1970's! We had so much fun with them and everyone knew all these amazing tricks that you could do with them.
Ahhh the simple things in life.
Sometimes I think we're more like cats than we think we are.
Cats prefer to play in the boxes that their toys came in rather than with the toy and I think sometime we humans- well us older ones anyway, have more fun playing with the simple toys too...
Plus I LOVE good boxes. I save good boxes because you will never know when you need a good solid box, so I definitely have cat in me...🤣
Oooh that's a another collection that I have now that I come to think of it....🤣
I'm glad you enjoyed your yo-yos, sometimes the tricks were very difficult to perform and if you're right, we adults appreciate these types of things more than children and teenagers. I hope to see your collection of boxes🤣🤣🤣. Greetings!
Yes sometimes those tricks were hard to learn- unless you had the time to practice and in small town 1970's we had plenty of time to practice because in small town 1970's there wasn't much else to do...
