How I developed confidence.

Developing confidence before and after a breakthrough.
Having understood a concept that having confidence isn’t just a one time acts rather it is like building a house brick by brick, taking it step by step for a period of time.
Confidence is a process and a progressive character that is built on a daily basis. Yes, confidence must be built over time as what I call progressive growth it must be a daily practice not just a magical power switch that could be turned on or off.

Its another way of discipline too. Even to sustain the regular growth of confidence after a breakthrough is also a gradual process in it's own.

Some few years back, I had experience a major shift in my mentality, it automatically made me realize that fear is man's greatest enemy. Fear makes you lose all composure, agility, makes me in secured and even doubt yourself.

This was who I was before. I was without confidence and believe. Even the little situations where I luckily scale through pressure, I would think that confidence I had would stay glued to me, I never knew that's not how confidence works, it needs to be part of me, built up by same me and nurtured by me, all these would definitely take time.
That's why I can only build confidence and not act it.

That's how I became matured and courageous to face my fears and task, breaking through the phase of subdued fears in my mind and physical, just for one goal, to make sure it doesn't repeat itself.
I created that mind set about confidence like it is a plant or flower that needs daily nurturing and attention to thrive or grow so therefore indirectly not giving room for self doubt, discouragement and fear. That factors hinders the growth of confidence.

These are some personal task or training I gave myself in growing and building confidence.

I undergo personal solitude, it can be a way of meditation. I take some time each week to reflect on my past events, especially the ones I lacked confidence in exercising which brought in fear and confusion while meditating I would make sure I reconnect myself with my life's purpose and inspiration, these to me are some sort of self booster.

Encouraging routine that requires discipline and not indiscipline, what I mean is not the irregularity of following plans drafted my myself. A routine that I'd worth my progress on building confidence, those routine can be personal journalism, watching podcast on public speaking and relations, listening to entrepreneurs and how they market their values.

And the most important aspect if taking a visible step, it's not just listening or watching different podcast or public speakers or journaling every single details of your life but the actual doing acting on the change I want.
I personally feel that's where the confidence build up start fully.
Start acting then it becomes part of your system, gradually something is building within.

Using myself as an example, before I knew it I had started talking in open spaces, public gatherings and conferences. I made sure I set my minds in a way that every public space is already redefine as a close clustered gathering.

Anything confidence starts from the mind first before action is taken.
