DOUBLE DATING:- A MUST READ

Double Dating:-- A deceitful relationship that shouldn't be encouraged.

We all know in the early days maybe in the 70s, 90s these perception of Double Dating wasn't known and common, where our grandparents being young fall in love genuinely and for respect and trust they stick to each other and not making a caricature or mockery of each other. I personally see double dating as time wastage and disrespectful, no atom of trust and definitely for personal selfish gains.

Double Dating is a situation where a person either male or female is romantically involved with the opposite gender at same time without consent or knowledge of the other. It's either one is kept in the dark or in today's world both can be kept in the dark by way of manipulation.

Now have you'll noticed In the world of modern relationship double dating has spread like wildfire and a controversial practice amongst the youth, double dating comes in different terms depending on the context which it is used, to some it is an act of fun and another a way of stabilizing financial factors in the context of what is commonly known as "billing ". There's no atom of contentment at all, it is shameful in my own opinion and point of view, like sourcing money from the one more financially buoyant or even both at times.

Heh!, both male and female are in this aspect of double dating it isn't a male only or female only thing in carrying that mindset that it's only the males that does it often or it's only the females, " a man can date two ladies simultaneously and a lady can date two guys doing same.

Firstly the parties involved in double dating are three, the role player and the other two, it can be casual or committed, but being committed and whereas you are cheating makes No sense to me,what I understand about double dating is that the one playing the role try as much as possible to maintain both relationships separately is this not a game of untrustworthy?, juggling two relationships at a time isn't it draining physically and mentally? For cover ups there must be lies.

It is an affair built entirely on lies,deception and secrecy this pattern of relationships shouldn't be happening because relationships I know of is of clear minds, truth, respect and no secret between the two parties and none of this don't take place in double dating because from the onset of it comes with secrecy, creating a toxic environment and also where loyalty and honesty are at huge risk that we definitely result to heartbreaks.

I do hear conversations between young youth saying "two head is better than one " they are referring to double Dating and believing it's better to do it because they know none of it will not lead to marriage, and other tends to double date just to satisfy sexual urge which then I imagine the emotional damage in discovering your partner you think trusted you is double Dating.

The best way to maintain and enjoy a relationship is by trustworthy communication, partnership and if both parties are not ready to commit to one another it's better to remain single rather than playing with someone emotions.

It is disheartening it this our world currently seeing some youth being so careless and immature about vital information being preached and taught to them about life and companionship that's why today it's a normal thing to cheat on your partner all for material pleasures , sexual needs or fame. "Good name they say is better than riches " the creator of this words isn't a fool because this has deep meaning.

The heart is a fragile thing and once broken it might not be trust to heal again.
