The last party I attended (story time)

I can count, in the fingers of one palm of my hand, the number of parties that I have attended ever since I attained adulthood. Parties these days are characterized by so many activities that do not all sit rightly with me. Well, to be honest, I'm not really the party type, and I guess it's written all over me.
The last party I attended happened when I was still in university. It was for my colleague at school who is also a good friend of mine. We were a group of four very close friends. The party was scheduled to hold at her lodge outside of school, and of course, I had to be in attendance.
On the day. I got ready and set out with one of our other friends. We arrived but to our surprise, our friend informed us thar the party was happening at her lodge nates room. We thought it was all a joke until she dragged us there, and we found that she wasn't kidding and all her other lodgemates were there. I know you're puzzled as to why the location. I was, too. And don't bother trying to come up with any reason/s. None will suffice. If you think that maybe the guy(her lodgemate's) room was bigger in size than hers, then you're incorrect. Ans if you also think that he was her boyfriend, you're also incorrect. Whatever it was, I was there to enjoy the party, and that was it.
Well, party started and it was the usual young adult thingy, drinking, eating, dancing, talking and all. It was only a little while before the drinks and heat got in some of their heads. At some point, they(my friend and some of her friends) kept trying to make me eat brownies and take alcohol. I don't do alcohol and even though I made that clear, they tried to make it seem like I was too uptight and was incapable of having fun. That was okay by me. I like to be in control of myself. I know my system would be unable to deal with the alcohol and I did not give in.
And then, as you should be expecting, some guy came up and he went "Let's add some fun and play a game. I know we're all adults here, and we're mature..." and that was where he lost me. I know where that was going. I told them I wasn't in, and most of them frowned at me. Because I was the one odd person there and considering the intakes of the game and ghat it mat be unfair to them that I knew what went on but didn't partake in their dirty fun, I signaled to my friend that I would just go over to her room. And off I went and slept. And that was the end of that party for me. They told me they had had massive fun at the games, and sure, I can imagine it only. It's not my vibe anyway. That's all for my party story. Bye.

I can't be forced to take alcohol either. Whenever I go to a party, I stick with the kind of drinks I take
