Opening of new multi-cuisine restaurant.

Greetings everyone!

As today is Sunday evening and sunday means REST DAY. On sunday our all the family members are free from their daily routine and work. Our one of the family member have open a small multi-cuisine so he has invited us all for food tasting. And by the way all the members have also meet together after a long time and have a dinner together. Well we have also invited some other guest which have close relation with us. Everyone came and eat the dinner as the opening of restaurant.

Firstly let me share you about the menu which we have kept. In our area where we are living there are most of the people eating vegetarian food. And even in our religion we cannot eat non-veg food. So in menu all the dishes are vegetarian. Now after reading this the first thing comes in your mind is about what are they eating?? is there lot of dishes in vegetarian food or not. Because I know most of the people in world are eating non-veg food. But yeah! if you ever leave the non-veg and start eating the veg food you will see there are lot and lot of dishes.

And if you think about the protein and nutrients in vegetarian human body, then yeah there is lot. As we are also living with veg food. But yeah! I agree that very few types of food like Panner, Soya chunks etc... these type of food only have good source of protein. So yeah at the end only vegetarian food is available in our newly open restaurant. The small type of work is still pending but within small time period a few days we are ready to have customers for dinner or any parties people wanna do.

As running a restaurant is not much easy, you need a perfect team and mostly it is all depend on the chef who cooks the food. Because customer come again if the taste of food is tasty and chef plays the important role over here. You need everything in system the manager, cleaning team, all the things in stock which is important to make food. So managing the restaurant is also one of the biggest task. I don't know about the other state/area and all but in my city there is lot of competition. Now at the moment it's a business model which is passion driven and it's hard to make money out of it. But let's see how will it work ahead. Hope so it runs good in long term too.

So after all our guest come and go, we all have sit together putting all the table together and have dinner. We were all hungry and we also need to taste the food. It was tasty as we want the taste. While sitting we were talking about the dishes and what changes should be made for long run.
