Making my Monday more productive, and turning motivation into discipline.

Greetings Everyone!

Here we go today with another blog something about motivation. Well let me tell you about motivation first, before we start over blog. Motivation is something from where you are getting energy to do your work with full force, and that motivation can come from any point you are taking it's all depend on you. If you are doing gym then you might be taking motivation by hearing the phonk music in your headphones to lift up the heavy weight. These is what motivation means inshort getting motivated and doing work with full force.

So now let me tell you about my motivation Monday, as the weekend is been over and we have enjoy much enough. Now again it's Monday so need to go on work and do all the things. I just want to share my motivation and how I am making my second day of week more productive day. Because after getting down on Sunday mostly people get lazy for the next day to work.

So if you need to make your day more productive and get motivated here I can give you some tips which I am doing in my daily routine, so that you just get motivated to get your work up.

I am just getting up in the morning by 8:00 A.M and firstly the only thing which everyone should do is meditate, I am doing it at least for 10minutes a day, then I am reading the book this two things will help you a lot in the starting to make your day productive. If you just start your beginning of the day like this then you will feel more confident and get to work of your things.

After getting started this things just take a cold shower and then go hit the gym in the early morning, this will make your body more active and helps to make your day more productive, gym will also help you get your body in fit and boost your confidence it will help more then that. And after that just go onto your work and make your day busy.

But the only thing I want to tell you is just start the things and do it for at least 21 days to make a habit and then do the journal of what do you feel and how the journey was, and then make this a habit. I am just trying to say turn your motivation into discipline. Because motivation will come and go after 10 to 15 minutes, but discipline is once created you will make a habit. If you don't have the time then just make this priority that not now, but before the day ends I will do the things for sure.

This is how I am making my Monday motivation and once it I become discipline in life then all the things will work easily for me. So just try to change your life and put the healthy habits and discard your bad habits. Hope so this might help you to get some motivation and make it discipline for better life.
