Cardio


Greetings everyone!

Health is first priority for everyone. If you do not take your health seriously then you should start taking it for a longer life. In this world everyone is eating lot of junk foods and doing party drinking, smoking which harms your body. I am not saying that you should not enjoy, but on the other hand you should also take care of your health. These type of things should go on both side equally. So I want to say that for staying fit and healthy or to lose your body fat. Cardio will play a impactful role.

Everyone should do cardio, well to be honest it doesn't mean that you should go gym for cardio. You can also go out for walking, running etc. To keep your body fit, warming up your muscle and sweating plays important role in your body hormones. If you are fat you need to burn the extra carbs in your body, if you don't have much stamina cardio will help you. At the end even in the daily routine work it will help you to run here and there. Almost everyone in gym are doing cardio.

If I talk about myself, I am not doing everyday cardio (shortage of time). But I am making sure myself that I will do almost 3 times a week. Every opposite day I am going for cardio taking out the time, even for a small run I will do it. I am doing only for 10 minutes ( but at that time I am taking a fast sprint) which blows me out with full of sweat. There is a perfect section in my GYM for cardio and probably it's almost full. No matter how much fit you are or how strong you are, everyone is doing.

If you see even the gym TRAINERS and the INFLUNCERS are saying to do CARDIO. Because it impacts on heart a lot, workout with dumbbell and bar is just for muscle which impacts on the outer body, meanwhile cardio affects in the inner body. I am still trying to include more cardio in my workout session to stay fit and increase my stamina and to stay fit and healthy. Along with the cardio it is also more important to eat clean food. If you eat clean your body will be also become lean or however you want.

So yup I was doing cardio at the end of the workout for 10 minutes a small sprint. After doing it I was sitting out there for almost 5 minutes because my body was tired and full of sweat so rest is in need ofcourse. After it was getting me late for my work so after doing a rest for minutes I go to changing room and take out my shoes pack my bag for home. So at last I enjoyed my workout session+ cardio. Hope so you guys should also start if you are not doing, do some little walk or running to keep yourself healthy.
