MY AUGUST 10TH EXPERIENCE || Painful and Funny at same time...

Hello everybody, welcome back to my blog. It's your boy Maduabuchi Anointed Chidera A.k.a. Chiddy. Today I'd love to share an experience I had on the 10th of August.

It was a Sunday morning, I normally wake up by 5:50 A.m, because that's the time I set my alarm on Sunday morning. But last Sunday was different, I was really pumped up for it, I woke several times before my alarm even rang. Each time I woke up, I checked my phone to find out what the time was saying, I woke up around Past 4, another time around passed 5, so I decided not to go back to sleep since it was already passed 5:00.

I had my bath and began to prepare slowly. This is because my bass strings went bad during rehearsals on Friday night, so I went and bought a pack of new strings on Saturday afternoon. I went to the church to change the strings and tune my guitar, but when I got to church, there was a wedding reception going on, it happened that the church permitted a couple to use it for their wedding reception, this made me not to go on with my plans to change the strings, I went home.
I knew I had to be in the church before service time, so I could change my guitars strings and get the guitar tuned before it was time for service. This made me wake up so early on Sunday morning, I went out side to take a piss, then I saw how beautiful the sky looked, I quickly grabbed my phone and took a picture of it.

Then I went back inside, to wait for the day to brighten up before I head out, I didn't even know when I slept off. I woke up at about 6:43 or there about, I quickly grabbed my uniform which I already ironed and put it on. It was all white 🤍.
When I wanted to step out I realized that I didn't have any cash at all, and there wasn't any P O S Marchant open by that time, and it was Sunday, most of them will even be preparing for church as well. I had to walk to church, it rained almost through out Saturday night so the ground was slightly damp, but I didn't care anymore 😅, I just walked.
While I was going, I decided to use a short cut I used to use a while back, when I took the road, I found out that a house has been built there. To make things worse, the house was fenced, I had to turn back and use the regular road, it was really annoying 😅.

When I got to the church, there was still a little time, so I hurriedly changed the strings and tuned my guitar. At exactly 8:00 A.m, service started, but I was already ready, it was quite a day 😅 but I pulled through.
Service was great, our ministration went very well, and I give God all the glory 🙏.

After service I decided that I was going to take pictures with that guitar that caused all these problems 😅, i took it outside, chose one of the best cars that was still packed out side and used it for Bg. 😅😅.
It's funny right? 😅
Well it wasn't funny until now, I was just smiling while writing this post 😅.
