Hmmm well you make a point ,I will take my sister has an example, anyone that sees how my sister handles her children now will wonder how come still they turn out bad like that but I as a family ,when I think it deeply , the still comes from her , she didn't introduced this discipline early to them, she thought they were to young to be disciplined ,now that she i now doing so, they are already matured with indiscipline. So, I can say your point are right too

Exactly!
When do you think it’s the right time to correcting our kids?

My pastor once said and I hold onto it since then that once a child is no more an infant, infant are (0-1year old) we must start correcting them, we must let them know if their actions are bad.

That’s fair enough but I have a different time to start correcting them. Right from the womb. Have you ever been close to a pregnant woman before me see how the child moves?

Anyways, it’s actually best to start the training right from the time you feel that precious life within you.
