SOLO OR GROUP TRIP? // LOH #238

I might just be answering both prompts at once. I like all things solo. I move alone. It's just the way I grew. I mean, I've always said that I like alone time whether for study, eating, going out, or anything else.
There's this calm and independence that I feel. There's also the clear mental space to view the environment around me without being interrupted. I learn about me, lean into me, and just enjoy me with me. It always feels so good.

However, these days, I'm beginning to feel the need to try stuff out in a group. To be frank, my friends really want me to do so. They've been all about us planning for hangouts and trips. Even just this even, they were talking about a new spot. I just stay quiet. I hope I don't back out at the last minute cause I need that exposure somehow.

Outing on my own is fun and plain fantastic. But I think I do believe that the fun goes from ten to a hundred when it's all done in a group. Maybe not a large group, most likely. But a small circle who is equally out to enjoy moments and create lasting memories. On my own, I could be too rigid to try out new stuff and move about, but when in a group, it seems a lot easier cause everyone brings their spark. Traveling too can be fun in a group. I get to have people to discuss with and make the journey seem shorter.

What I'm saying in essence is that both have their spice. It's good to balance stuff out by being solo and going by groups every once a while. That's it.

Thanks for gracing this post.
Greetings!
