ONLINE SHOPPING AND MY SEAMLESS TRANSACTIONS
I have had no bad experiences from shopping online. Well, it's not like I've had to buy stuff online a dozen times and more. I only got things online a few times.

My very first online purchase from a shopping site happened years back when I got a lightweight tripod stand from Jumia. I had no idea that they actually were efficient. I was indifferent about ever receiving my order, so I paid for something very cheap and just that one stuff. It was like me testing the waters.
When someone called me and said that he was a delivery person from Jumia and was just at the landmark in my area, I was surprised and glad. I was glad, not just because I was receiving my order, but more because they delivered(I mean, it was no scam) and I had just found an easy buy shop for someone who can be lazy like myself. I did not have to pay any extra charges as i assumed i may(you know how some dispatch people can be), and the tripod was just right for the price, too. This purchase gave me the confidence to go on to patronize other shopping sites, and thus far, I have had no regrets. I make sure to read through product description as well as check reviews and ratings. It's been good.
And then the first time that I got stuff from an online vendor, it was a bag. The vendor resides in the same state as me. When I received the bag, I liked it, but it was of less quality than what I expected. I hate to complain. I just shrug and look away. But you know what? This vendor called me apologizing for the quality of bag that I received and requested for my account details so she could make some refunds based on what she knew that the bag was worth. I was surprised. My friend was, too. Well, I tried to talk her out of making any balancing since I appreciated her calling to at least give an explanation for why I received what I did. Well, I ended up making her agree to split what she wanted to give to me in two parts. That way, I took one-half, and she kept the one-half as my way of appreciation and to help her get through the loss she was experiencing based on business.
And now, from being two strangers, we're friends, although she's way older than me. I think of what we have as beautiful and I don't regret our meeting.
I digress...
I know there are stories on 'what you ordered vs. what you got', and I know a lot of them are true, but for me, I've had not one of those experiences. Transactions have been seamless.
Thanks for gracing this post.
Greetings!
